Fiduciary Paralegal - The Fiduciary Paralegal is an integral part of the Client Services Department (CSD) Team. This CSD Team is responsible for most financial aspects of a client’s needs. These include managing their assets and income streams, ensuring they receive appropriate public benefits, and ensuring that their proper bills are timely paid. The Fiduciary Paralegal (Start of Service and Marshaling Specialist) plays a major role in ensuring that the Start of Service (SOS) process is effectively completed, which includes marshaling a client’s assets and income streams. Public Benefits Paralegal - The Public Benefits Paralegal is an integral part of the Client Services Department (CSD) Team. This CSD Team is responsible for most financial aspects of a client’s needs.
